Our Body Conditioning classes are specially devised for young dancers to develop the correct muscle definition, strength and flexibility needed for dance training.


Our students take body conditioning before their weekly ballet class. This helps students to use the correct muscles throughout the class and obtain the proper use of technique. We believe that it is important for students to learn how to use their muscles correctly to avoid injuries.
